In May 2018, the EU law on data protection changed. To be in line with those changes we need to make sure you know where you stand on data protection and staying in touch.
What data do we hold?
It's simple: We only hold your name, phone number & email address. We will never pass on this information to any 3rd party organisations.
Data is held electronically in Microsoft Outlook and MailChimp. The electronic versions do not contain any medical information you may have provided.
What do we do with the data we hold?
We know how busy you are, so we will only send you newsletters each term with information about Events, schedule changes, new classes etc.
Telephone numbers and email addresses may also be used in the event of a class cancellation, schedule change at short notice or for any medical issues that may arise. In addition, whilst Covid-19 is around, we may be required to provide information for Track & Trace.
