Here are the instructions for purchasing individual tickets and 10-class punchcards for our online classes:

If you wish to purchase individual tickets at £8 per class

Select the required class, or classes, from the schedule (e.g. 1 March, Wed 6pm Online All Levels Hatha) and click the blue button (Select) for each class selected

Once you have selected all the classes you want to book, click the blue (View Selections) button

Check you have booked the correct class(es) and click the green (Book Now) button

Enter your email address and click the green (Continue) button

Enter your name and click the green (Continue) button

Check details are correct and click the green (Pay by Card) button

Enter your Card details or use Google Pay and click the green (Pay £x) button

You will then get a confirmation page showing your booking. You will also receive a confirmation email showing the booking and Zoom details.

 

If you wish to purchase a 10 class Punchcard at £70

Select the first required class from the schedule (e.g. 1 March, Wed 6pm Online All Levels Hatha) and click the blue button (Select), then click the blue (View Selections) button

Now click on “Passes” from the menu at the top left of the screen, and click the Blue (Select) Button and then click the blue (View Selections) button

You will now see the single class ticket at £8 crossed through and the charge for the 10 class Punchcard £70

Once you are happy to proceed with the punchcard purchase, click the green (Book Now) button

Enter your email address and click the green (Continue) button

Enter your name and click the green (Continue) button

Check details are correct and click the green (Pay by Card) button

Enter your Card details or use Google Pay and click the green (Pay £x) button

You will then get a confirmation page showing your booking. You will also receive a confirmation email showing the showing the booking and Zoom details.

 

To book subsequent classes using your pass, just go to the schedule and select the class (or classes) you want to book

Select required class, or classes, from the schedule (e.g. 1 March, Wed 6pm Online All Levels Hatha) and click the blue button (Select) for each class selected

Once you have selected all the classes you want to book, click the blue (View Selections) button

Check you have booked the correct class(es) and click the green (Book Now) button (note it will show the full cost at this stage, but don’t worry it will deduct any remaining pass value once you enter your email address and name)

Enter your email address and click the green (Continue) button

Enter your name and click the green (Continue) button

The system skips the payment pages and you will get a confirmation page showing your booking (s).

 

Creating an Account

We highly recommend that you create an account as this will give you the best management capability for your bookings. Once you have booked your first class(es) on the booking confirmation page, under the heading “manage your booking” you will see a link to create an account. Click on that link and you will be sent an email with a Button to set a password. Click on the Button in the email and create a password. Click on the green (Save Password and Login) button.

Once logged in you will be able to see your existing bookings, details of the Punchcard (showing no. of uses) links to upcoming events, as well as past history. You will also be able to visit the Schedule to enable you to book further classes, either using an existing Punchcard, or by purchasing new single class tickets or a new Punchcard.

Make a note of your account details for future logins:

Your Username is your email address, your password is what you have just created.  You will need to login with the same email address to access and manage your bookings.

 

Managing your Bookings

You need to login to your account.

You can cancel or transfer your class booking anytime up to 1 hour prior to the class start.

From the booking details screen, alongside each individual booking you will see a grey button labelled (Ticket Options). Click the button and you will be offered to Transfer or Cancel.

If you cancel the class booking is cancelled and your punchcard will be refunded with the unused class. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation.

If you choose to transfer the booking, you will be offered all future events to transfer the booking to. Select the new class from the drop-down menus and click the blue (Save) button. You will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom event details for the new class.

To Transfer a class booking to another date:

 Log into your account - it takes you directly to the Booking Screen (see image below):

On the left of the screen you will see a list of classes you are booked for, against each one is a grey button (Ticket Options). 

Click the grey (Ticket Options) button and it will now show a blue button (Transfer Ticket):

Click the Transfer Ticket button and you will see 2 pop up menu options:

 1. (Select Event and Ticket Type) - select the class that you want to transfer to:

2. (Select ticket date / time) - select the class date and time you wish to transfer to:

Once you have identified the class click the Blue (Save) button.

Your booking will now be transferred to the new date and time, and you will receive a Zoom link / reminder 1 hour before the new class start.
