Writing your Life's Journey: Writing for Wellbeing

Your story matters.

Whatever your age, we all have many things in our lives worth writing about. We’ll do some lovely activities to write about our life experiences in a positive and affirming way. We’ll gain new perspectives, recall some good memories, and tap into that inner wisdom we’ve gained along the way.

All this in the beautifully peaceful and welcoming atmosphere of York Yoga Studio – a perfect place for mindful writing. Remember – writing is good for you! You never have to read aloud what you’ve written. And all writing levels are welcome, you don’t even need any writing experience at all. Just bring a notebook and a pen, and your own wonderful enthusiasm to give it a go.
