Qi gong is a deeply relaxing fluid practice, originating in China, that combines movement, breath and mindfulness meditation to calm the mind, improve energy and develop mental/physical strength. This workshop is a great opportunity to be guided through a re-vitalising and relaxing movement sequence that you can practice at home. Nicky Thomas will introduce you to some of the basic ideas informing Qi gong and help you to discover the many health benefits of this practice. All welcome. £12.
