Nature as Inspiration - Writing for Wellbeing

As springtime comes, we’re seeing new growth and nature reviving itself after a time of dormancy and rest. What better time to do a writing workshop on Nature as Inspiration? We’ll do some gentle writing activities centered on the natural world to help us find inner calm, gain some mindful focus, and remind ourselves that the world is a wondrous place.

All this in the beautifully peaceful and welcoming atmosphere of York Yoga Studio – a perfect place for mindful writing. No previous writing experience needed, all writing levels welcome. You never have to read aloud anything you have written.
