Self-Care Sunday with Chloe McKay

A day retreat of nurturing yoga, meditation and breath work with Chloe McKay fuelled by nourishing food, lovingly prepared by AFNutrition.

Treat yourself to a day of self-care where we'll be exploring yoga practices that relax and revitalise body and mind. Mindfulness meditation and breathing techniques along with dynamic flow, yin and restorative yoga will provide you with the much needed 'me time' to develop inner calm and peace. The ultimate antidote to the stress of everyday life.

Throughout the day you'll be fed and watered with seasonally prepared, nutritious food tailored to support the days activities and to balance and nourish the body. The day will include a delicious breakfast followed by a hearty winter lunch, and there will be an indulgent treat or two along with plenty of herbal teas.
