Alexander Technique Workshop

“Changing Habits and Becoming Freer”

Vida Hedley MSTAT is an Alexander teacher and trainer with over 25 years’ experience. She is committed to movement, bodily freedom and expresssion. Her keen eye and sharp awareness enable her to help pupils and trainees to experience themselves in new ways with fresh insights and greater self-knowledge.

During the workshop we will delve into experiential anatomy, exploring bone alignment and the possibilities that present themselves when we tweak our body maps. With practical applications in bending, squatting, walking, balancing and general movement, the new choices can be incorporated into our lives.

Alexander is considered a pre-technique. You know it/do it before doing other activities.

£45. To book, please contact Marilyn Dean at, or on 01759 318795.
