Workshop includes 3 ‘awareness through movement’ lessons, a short break and refreshments.
We will use minimum effort with maximum curiosity to learn how to free up spine, chest and trunk. This takes pressure off hands, arms, neck and shoulders – areas that are often chronically tense. Your whole self will feel greater ease.
