This workshop provides a 2.5 hour exploration of the gentle and mindful Feldenkrais method. You will be introduced in a practical way to Feldenkrais principles like 'do less' and 'notice more.' As you like on mats on the floor you will be be guided through several movement explorations as you do two full awareness through movement lessons
There are two teachers - Julie (whose practice is Smooth Moves Lab) and Susan - to help everyone be comfortable and places are limited so we can attend to everyone. We will answer questions about the method and why it works to improve mobility. There will be a break with refreshments half way through. £20. Max 10 places.
