Join Intermediate Level 3 Iyengar Yoga Teacher Christine Rumley for a half-day Iyengar yoga class. The theme on Sunday 10th Feb is ‘Balancing Mind, Body & Breath’ to set us up for Spring. These sessions are suitable for Iyengar yoga students who have regularly attended an Iyengar yoga class for at least one term.
