Journalling is a marvelous tool for encouraging your hopes and dreams, offloading negativity, and finding joy in everyday life. Join us for an afternoon of finding your own personal wisdom and exploring paths to positivity through creative and enjoyable writing activities. There’s lots of benefits to be had doing one-off journalling at the workshop. But you may just find that it provides the motivation and tools to keep you writing regularly for your wellbeing – and fun!

No previous writing experience needed, all writing levels welcome. You never have to read aloud anything you have written.
