Nicky Thomas is offering a series of workshops designed to promote women’s wellbeing and mindfulness with yoga, qigong, acupuncture and nutrition. There are pivotal times in women’s lives when our bodies and minds communicate a need for us to pay greater attention to our well-being. These workshops will help you to understand how your cyclical life is informing and inspiring change, what your body is telling you during the different phases of your life cycle, and the ways in which you can respond to those cues.
The first workshop on 19th May is Replenish and Refresh, will offer you a restorative yoga and acupuncture mini-retreat to help you transition smoothly through peri-menopause, menopause and post menopause. £35. As well as teaching yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong here at the Studio, Nicky is a fully qualified member of the British Acupuncture Council and teaches Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Northern College of Acupuncture.
