Including influences from different styles and methods, Andrew and Francesca from Pure Yoga Cheshire will guide you through a heartfelt practice where you can rediscover fluidity and strength, both physically, energetically and emotionally. We invite you to contemplate and discuss some of the matters of Heart and Mind!
Beginning with gentle floor work, we awaken the joints and the breath with mantra, mudra and more classical pranayama. Moving onto standing postures and chest openers taps into our inner strength. Some classical Yin yoga postures will be held for several minutes, completing the practice with some meditation and relaxation.
All welcome to this strong but accessible practice - sweet and gentle, strong and satisfying, welcoming all the elements of your Being… open to the delight of your inner radiance!
11 am to 1 pm: Gentle floor work, awakening the joints and the breath, moving onto standing postures and chest openers to tap into our inner strength. A well rounded Yang practice.
2 to 4 pm: Satsang – questions and answers. Calming Somatic and Yin yoga postures, completing the practice with meditation and long relaxation.
