Hatha Yoga for Beginners


Join me, Laurie Prime in this 5 week course specifically designed for those new to yoga.

If you are curious about yoga, and would like to learn but want to start in a small group all at the same level, then this class is ideal for you. In this 5 week class you will learn the basic postures and principles of a yoga practice and will become comfortable working at your own level in a warm, supportive and nurturing environment. What better way to start your weekend than with a Saturday morning yoga class! We will supply all the kit you need, you just come along in something comfortable, prepared to stretch, breath, strengthen your muscles and calm your mind!
