Cultivating Balance: Spring Equinox Yin Yang Evening with Chloe McKay

As the seasons turn and lead into spring, the light increases and darkness fades. The spring equinox marks the moment when the balance of light and dark are almost perfectly equal.
In this Friday night workshop with Chloe McKay we'll celebrate the arrival of spring by shedding the darkness of winter and waking up to light; bringing more balance to our lives. Through a slow flowing yang practice we'll explore the act of physical balance whilst cultivating energetic balance. The evening will then slow down as we melt into the long-held floor poses of yin yoga where mindfulness teachings encourage mental and emotional balance.
Leave feeling renewed with the energy of spring.
This workshop is suitable for all levels although some experience of yoga will be helpful.
