A slow evening of yin (some yang) and gratitude with Chloe McKay.
At this time of year the evenings begin to draw in and like the season we too begin to slow down, pause and reflect. What better way to honour the season then, than with an evening of candlelit yoga celebrating all in life to be grateful for. This Friday night yoga club event will open with a short hatha flow to balance and calm body and mind before leading into a longer, nurturing and luxurious yin session. We'll take time during the evening to give thanks and gratitude for our many blessings.
Open to all levels and abilities.
